Garlicky Potatoes


Ingredients:


2-3 packs of Baby Potatoes 
1 250 ml All Purpose Cream
1 125g Sour Cream
8 oz Cream Cheese (1/2 only)
Bread crumbs
Olive oil
Grated Cheese
Bacon Bits
1 whole Garlic
salt and pepper


Procedure:

Boil Potatoes until tender but still firm. Place them in a baking pan, set aside
Preheat Oven to medium heat
Finely chopped the garlic

In a mixing bowl, combine All purpose cream, sour cream, cream cheese, salt, pepper and half of the chopped garlic
In the baking pan, drizzle olive oil over the potatoes, add the other half of the chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well (do not mash)
Pour cream mixture on top of the potatoes.
Add Grated cheese and bread crumbs.
Add the bacon bits
Bake until cheese melts and bread crumbs turned brown
