Basic Crepes

You'll need:

1 cup flour
3/4 cup water
2/3 cup milk
3 eggs
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon salt

Combine all ingredients then blend

Cover and refrigerate batter for at least an hour. Blend batter well before making crepes.

Add enough butter to make a thin coat to a lightly oiled 6 inch pan. Cook each crepe until set, turn and cook other side.

To store, transfer to a sheet of parchment or wax paper per crepe.

Add fruits (i prefer mangoes), choco spread inside, then wrap you can add syrup and ice cream.

How to make Korean's KIMBAP (my own version)




You will need:

Japanese Rice (depends on how many rolls you want to make)
Carrots, cut into strips
Cucumber, cut into strips
Egg, cooked and cut into strips
Ham or Spam, cut into Strips
Nori
Sesame Oil
Salt

Procedure:

-Fry in oil the carrots, spam and eggs
-In a bowl place rice, drizzle small amount of sesame oil and salt. 
-Assemble Nori first, Rice then the vegestable strips

Spicy Tuna Roll



Ingredients:

Spicy canned tuna
Japanese rice
Japanese mayo
Ripe mango
Cucumber or Avocado
Lemon
Sugar
Nori


For the Tuna:

Drain Tuna water
Mashed slightly
Add mayo, sugar, and lemon juice


Assemble:

Rice
Nori
Tuna, mango, cucumber/avocado
